Designed for models manufactured prior to November 2018, such as the G20 318i, 320i, 330i, 330e, and corresponding 4 Series variants, this Eventuri intake system focuses on minimizing flow restrictions while keeping inlet temperatures low. Since the intake rests near the exhaust manifold, a fully sealed airbox is used alongside a gold reflective heat shield to block radiant heat and prevent performance-draining hot air intake. To overcome the airflow limitations typical of sealed enclosures, a secondary feed was added utilizing an opening in the wheel arch area.
The internal volume is maximized while incorporating space for potential strut braces, and the restrictive factory hose is substituted with a smooth carbon tube that starts at an internal diameter of 111 mm before seamlessly tapering down to match the turbo inlet. Additionally, the kit features a custom ISO-tested high-flow dry filter offering an increased filtration surface area compared to the stock version.
